Jewelry
Sarah Appleton jewelry is handmade in Paris, France using 18k recycled gold, diamonds and precious stones. Due to every piece being handmade using natural materials there will be traces of small beauty marks and variants. As the weight of gold, carats of diamonds, will vary slightly from exact size, weight and style. Using one of a kind diamonds and stones, the colors and patterns vary, as do the settings, chain and design.

SHIPPING
Every piece is handmade to order. Delivery is approximately 2/3 days if the product is in stock or 2 weeks if it has to be produced at the atelier. We provide a free delivery worldwide. If you require an exception, please e-mail us at contact@sarahappleton.com and we will make every possible attempt to accommodate your needs.
Full payment will be accepted once the order has been reviewed and approved. For security purposes, orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require further verification. You will receive an order confirmation by email when the order is received and a shipping confirmation when your order is ready to ship. To track the progress of your order, follow the link provided with your shipping confirmation.
International Orders
Sarah Appleton Fine Jewelry accepts orders from the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Please note that your international order may be subject to certain import customs, duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on our website. You must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.
Sarah Appleton shipments do require a signature. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes, CEDEX or APO/FPO addresses. Please be aware that all orders are processed Monday through Friday, and delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. We provide a free pick up/delivery in Paris. Sarah Appleton is not liable if you choose not to sign or accept the package. Sarah Appleton is not responsible for shipments lost when the tracking states it has been signed and delivered. Sarah Appleton is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the shipping companies internal issues, strikes, weather, holidays, or the customer not being available for signature upon arrival. If for some reason the package is sent back to Sarah Appleton for any reasons stated above, the customer will be responsible for the costs of re-shipping the order. Refusal by the recipient to pay any fees related to receiving an order from Sarah Appleton Fine Jewelry will be deemed authorization to charge the credit card used to place the original order in the amount of any fees deflected back to Sarah Appleton Fine Jewelry as a result of the refusal.

Shipping Charges
We provide free shipping worldwide.
RETURNS
We custom make every purchased item. Customers ordering in France have 7 days from the date of receipt to return the product. Items must be returned within this period in their original packaging, complete, in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the invoice and the rma number. Refunds for returned items are made by transfer to the bank or credit card account used when ordering. The refund will be processed within a maximum of thirty (30) days. Returned, damaged, incomplete items or without an rma number will not be accepted and will be sent back to you as is, at your own expense. Before shipping any item to be exchanged or returned, e-mail us at contact@sarahappleton.com to be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please remember, items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
Repairs
For repairs, please email contact@sarahappleton.com with the item in need of repair, what repair is needed, details from the original sales invoice and your contact information.
If we determine that we can accept your repair, we will reply and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping information. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for a repair assessment. A repair fee estimate will be provided either prior to or upon receipt of your item, depending on the nature of the repair. Please note that we are not responsible for your item until it is in our possession and that repairs typically require 2 weeks to complete. Please follow the instructions below.
- 1. Package items inside a box suitable for shipping and with proper packing materials to ensure safe arrival.
2. For your protection, ship your package via a traceable shipping method.
3. Clearly write the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the outside of the shipping box.
